Guest regulations

 

In order to maintain common interests and good relations with the surrounding environment, we published the rules for tenants living room guest house or tenant:

 

1. Renters must show identity card (KTP / SIM / Passport) when registering
2. Check-in time is the earliest 14:00 pm, while check-out time is 12:00 pm.
3. Extension of check-out can only be done with the approval of Management Guest House, a confirmation no later than 2 hours prior to the check-out time.
4. Check-out after 12:00 pm until 18:00 pm surcharge of 50% from the previous price. Check-out after 18:00 pm count full price.
5. Pets are not allowed
6. Prohibited from conducting mass political, religious, and shamanism in or on area Guest House.
7. During his stay at the Guest House is not allowed to carry or consume drugs and drink - liquor / alcohol.
8. Prohibited from making noise or turn on the radio, TV, and Music tool, and a loudspeaker too loud that it interferes with local neighbors.
9. Gluing something forbidden or write off - graffiti walls and furniture inventory Guest House with anything.
10. Prohibited from carrying out or moving furniture inventory Guest House.
11. Management House is not responsible for loss or damage to items belonging to the tenant / guest.
12. Payment already paid will not be refunded.
13. If tenants cause damage or loss of inventory Guest House, then the tenant is obliged to replace the missing items or repair damaged goods.
14. Transportation that we provide is a partner. Management Guest House is not responsible for any loss, damage to goods or problem that occurs between guests and the transportation service provider.
